Through the GHAIN/SIDHAS/SCHARP projectS, we are able to contribute to the rapid scale-up of HIV counseling and testing in Nigeria by making these services accessible and available to the general population in Nigeria. The main intervention strategies include: Increase demand for HIV/AIDS and TB services and interventions, particularly among most at risk populations (MARPs); increase access to quality HIV/AIDS and TB services and interventions; strengthen public/private and community enabling environment; HIV-related tuberculosis; care of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), and health systems strengthening. Provision of comprehensive HIV/AIDS services, which is GHAIN’s core activity, is achieved using a multi-pronged strategy and working with local and international partners.
