Dr. Mohammed Dada Ibrahim

He serves as Chairman of the Board to guide the vision and strategic direction of AHNi. A Master of Science degree holder from the University of London, Mohammed has over 25 years of experience managing clinical and health projects. Apart from being the Chairman of AHNi Board, Mohammed is also the Director of Medical Services at FHI 360 Nigeria to pioneer the implementation of HIV/AIDS care and support in secondary health facilities in Nigeria.

Robert Chiegil

Starting as a volunteer HIV/AIDS trainer and supervisor, Robert’s career in public health and program management has spanned the practice and teaching of nursing sciences and development work. He has led the design and development of over 300 subprojects covering prevention, treatment, and care and support in such areas as HIV/AIDS, STIs, reproductive health, and TB. As a board member, Robert brings to AHNi this extensive training in nursing and public health education. Dr. Chiegil is also currently in employment in FHI 360 Nigeria as Deputy Chief of Party, Management, a role he assumed in 2011.

Phyllis Jones-Changa

A senior management professional with more than twenty-five years of progressive experience designing, overseeing and managing reproductive health, child survival, maternal health, HIV/AIDS, capacity building and community-based projects, in both domestic and international settings, Phyllis provides leadership in management oversight for the FHI 360’s complex portfolio of programs in Nigeria, which includes major funding from USAID and Global Fund programs in integrated HIV/AIDS service delivery and oversees a staff complement of approximately 350 individuals. She oversees operations and is the primary company representative for the country.

Nengi Olumolu

Nengi has a B.A. in Public Administration from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in Nigeria, an MBA in Business Administration from the Howard University, Washington DC, USA, under the Trustee Scholar Recipient Award 2004 & 2005 where she completed a double concentration in human resources and supply chain management. She has extensive expertise in performance management administration, business process engineering, recruitment and selection, change management, organizational analysis, diagnostics, and restructuring. She joined FHI 360 Nigeria as a full-time employee in 2008 as Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Associate Director Human Resources, where she provides overall leadership and guidance to the HR team. Nengi Olumolu brings a wealth of experience on as member of the Board of Trustees for AHNi.

Justina Ifeorah

Dr. Justina Ifeorah is a medical doctor and parasitologist. She brings over 20 years of experience in program management, hospital administration and clinical practice to the board. She holds a Master’s degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria in Public Health Parasitology.

She joined FHI360 in 2004 as a Senior Medical Services Advisor, rose to the position of the Zonal manager she became the State Project Coordinator in Delta State and currently, with US treatment sites rationalization, the State Program Manager in Abia State. Dr. Mrs. Justina Ifeorah and has several capacity enhancement certificates, including USAID/CDC Regulations & Policies and Financial Management of USAID/CDC.
